Credentials & Experience
My qualifications include NVQ Level 6 in Construction and Civil Engineering, a Black CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid. My experience includes being No. 1 Site Manager on 86 new homes and 19 luxury apartments with an underground car park, from commencement to completion. This practical background helps me recognise workmanship defects and explain findings clearly to homeowners, businesses and property clients.
